Here’s a short overview of how the course breaks down, as well as the tools and mechanisms we'll give you as you progress:

 Module 1 - This module is all about starting with a great foundation of understanding. What do you want from a career change? What are the best things you have to offer hiring audiences? It's important to know what you're looking for, and what you have to offer before you pick a target.

Tools we'll use:

- Life Wheel,  Career Calibration Questions,  SWOT Analysis

Module 2 - This module focuses on defining your success criteria for a job search, and drawing boundaries to help you avoid distraction. We'll work together to break out Passions, Strengths, Environment, and Compensation targets.

Tools we'll use:

- 4 Pillars Method,  Career Fringe Map, Career Road Map

 Module 3 - Module 3 is where you'll be forced to get specific. You'll narrow down on a set number of target companies, job roles, and even levels. We'll spend time discussing how to tailor your skills and experiences to those set audiences. This is where your customized strategy takes off.

 Tools we'll use:

- Jobs Shortlist, Value Statement Activity, Personal Branding Statements (PBS)

Module 4 - Module 4 takes all of your targeted strategy work, and builds it into employer-facing material...ie: Resume and LinkedIn. This section is long but very straightforward.

Tools we'll use:

- Resume Construction Method, LinkedIn Profile Build-Out Method

Module 5 - Module 5 takes your materials and strategy and applies them directly to networking. Here you'll build out a customized networking approach to help you get in at your top firms.

Tools we'll use:

- Short-Term Networking Method, Long-Term Networking Method, "Pull" Networking (Creating Content to Drive Traffic)

 Module 6 - The "Interview Module" as it's come to be known. Here we'll go through everything you need to be prepared for the interview process, behavioral interviews, and set up steps to practice and improve.

Tools we'll use:

- 4 Papers Method of Prep, Q&A Guide, Mock Interview Guide
